Solid Whitetail Deer Antlers, Recommended for Aggressive ChewersI've tried super hard to make antlers appropriate to the size and WIDTH. So a small is more like 4 or so inches, but thinner. A medium goes up in inches typically, but is wider and so on and so forth.
Small (4 to 5 Inches)
Medium (5 to 7 Inches)
Large (7+ Inches)
XL (7+ Inches and More Dense)
If you click the dropdown for the size you are interested in you will see both the size of the antler used to create and an example of what I would consider that size. The scale in the 2nd picture is in inches. If you are looking for something specific - you have a small breed dog, but they need something wide, or a larger dog that would need something thinner than pictured please feel free to message me BEFORE ordering and I'll see if I have something that fits your needs.
Please check out my store for more antlers, these whitetail antlers are very hard, but smaller than my mule deer antlers. The mule deer antlers have a bit more marrow so they are less dense. The Elk are the largest, but they are also the most full of marrow and then therefore less dense. If you have trouble choosing what might be a good fit for your dog please feel free to message me and I'll do my best to help you find 1. Something your dog likes to chew on 2. Lasts a long time
I recommend these for more aggressive chewers. These are very long lasting, and it takes a while for the dog to get to the marrow in the middle.
If you are looking for an antler with exposed marrow please check out my store for more antlers.
These antlers were found over the last year by myself and my husband. Deer shed their antlers every year, and once they move to higher ground for summer we walked in and searched for them on foot.
The primary composition of these naturally shed antlers are Calcium and Phosphorus. Trace amounts of potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron and zinc. Antlers have been washed in water and had their edges hand sanded to remove any sharp edges.
Antlers are a natural product, are unique in their shape, and have natural flaws. I’ve tried to display a variety of pictures to demonstrate the uniqueness of the antler. They can range in color from light brown to different shades of gray and white, depending on how long they’ve been exposed to the sun and weather. I’ve even found some stained pink from the red clay soil they were shed in.
Antlers are a great alternative to other “natural” products like bully sticks, which are a slaughterhouse waste product. Antlers seem to keep their teeth clean, strong, and healthy and they make no mess.
If you would like a specific color or shape please feel free to email me before purchasing to make sure I have what you want available.
Reminders: Please make sure that you supervise your pet while introducing them to any new chew. Make sure to remove your antler chew from your pet before it’s small enough to be a choking hazard.
