The booklet is handbook of the House Formal Gardens and Fountains of Vizcaya Dade County Art Museum Built by the Late James Deering. See photos for Contents. It measures 6" x 8" and consists of 20 pages.
The insert consists of two sides. Side One is a map and Side Two is the Rules and Regulations. It is 8.5" x 11" folded in half to be included in the handbook.
