Vintage 1950s Coney Island Circus Sideshow Prop Skull Oddity VINTAGE HALLOWEEN

Vintage 1950s Coney Island, NY circus sideshow prop. It measures approximately 9" x 5" x 5" with a weight of 6.2lbs (with stand), and the condition is consistent with age.
I purchased this oddity through a local auction in CT. The owner, a Broadway set designer, said that he bought it 35 years ago, and at that time, he was told that it was at least 30 years old; that would mean that this item is approximately 65+ years old. It seems to be sculpted with clay and was purchased with the original display stand, as seen in the photos.
