5.75 is what a new pair of these hi hats will set you back and a new pair of Zildjian NEW BEATS will run you 9.95.
As you may or may not know, Sabian's Regular Hi Hats were  Sabian's version of the Zildjian New Beat Hi Hats back in the 1980s (and still are)!  And while the Sabian marketing guy obviously wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed when it came to marketing, these hi hats get high marks for sound and quality in manufacturing because they sound like and ARE Canadian New Beats!  In fact, when the family split went down, these were probably raw blanks sitting in the Sabian plant, just waiting to be made into a pair of Canadian New Beats and strut their stuff!
And they come at a price for what of you would pay for a pair of bottom quality Zildjian Hi Hats, you know - the ZBT, ZHT, ZXT, I,S, SCIMITAR; the "LMNOP" Zildjians!  And these will be more delightful to play which means that you'll enjoy playing more!
And these are in GREAT condition with a nice patina befriending these great sounding hi hats.  These cymbals look as though they were the very first pair to roll off the line after Armand handed Robert the keys to the Meductic plant.
These could actually be considered a pair of Canadian "A" Zildjians and, even better, these hi hat cymbals have no cracks, chips or keyholing.
Back in the early 1980s, Sabian described these hi hats as
"Bright chick and crisp, full-bodied sticking with solid wash when open."
and it is still true today!

They are crisp when closed tight but have a great sloshy sound!
