Extraordinary RARE cover from URUGUAY 1st issue franked with "DILIGENCIA"  60c dark blue shade
(Scott # 1a, Yvert #1a ), circulated internally from Montevideo to Marcelino.
There was no cancel device at the time so it was usual that covers circulated with
either uncancelled stamps or pen-cancelled, either way they are extremely RARE.
Certificate attests that less than 5 covers are known with this shade.
