We do guarantee all items against DOA (dead on arrival) and are guaranteed to be in the condition described (ie: new open box, used, parts-only, etc).
Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods.
