The artist of this item is Bob Barko Jr., it appears to have been signed by him in June of 1998. This piece does show some wear from age and storage. It has some creasing but no marks other than the artists signature and no tears. The edges show some minor wear from storage. It has been rolled for years and will remain rolled up for shipping. This is a great piece with nice artwork. It measures 24 inches by 18 inches. Please view photos closely before purchasing to further judge the condition of this piece.
