The Paiste Masters Dry Ride is a versatile ride with a quick decay for drummers who want control in their sound. Like all Paiste professional cymbals, the Masters Dry Ride is hand made in Switzerland to give drummers the most musical instruments possible. The Turkish Bronze used gives the cymbal a warm and interesting sound with plenty of warmth and complexity. Keeping the weight in the medium range lets the Masters Dry Ride be used as a crash or ride, with short decay. The Paiste Masters Dry Ride is great for drummers that desire something interesting and warm, but want to keep the decay under control.
Dry Stick Sound and Short Decay for Great Control
The Paiste Masters Dry Rides have a semi-lathed top to help keep the stick sound pronounced while keeping the decay short and under control. While still very musical and present, the decay is quick, but even. The sound is warm, complex, and woody.

Paiste makes their cymbals by hand. Turkish blanks are sent to Switzerland where the craftsmen at Paiste hand hammer and lathe the instruments until they perfectly match the original prototype. This guarantees that drummers get the high quality that Paiste designed in the original model.
