How to get about in Miami - vintage fold-out brochure w/map, Dept. Of Publicity

Description

This small fold out, single sheet brochure, tells the reader "Consider Miami as a great big colorful pie to be cut into four pieces for fine eating. Draw your knife from north to south along Miami Avenue and east to west along Flagler Street." The description continues talking about sections of town.
Inside are the metropolitan area points of interest, and a list of major annual events. When fully unfolded there is a map of the city, as shown in the photo.
This brochure is in very good condition. There is yellowing. There is one note in pencil written on the map. It points at convention hall and says exhibits 1-10.
Sadly, there is no year on the piece. Most of the accompanying items are from the 1930s.
