Early 1900's  Metal  Highly Decorated  Sheffield Silverplate Atlantic City Spoon
The top of the handle has a angel and the center of handle as you go down has Three bells.
The spoon part reads: Atlantic city with a Swirled design going aroound the rim
It measures approx. 4 1/2" long
It is undated but just from the design I believe it is from the early 1900's
Marked on the back Sheffield plate co.

The USPS Has Change their Process in the Way accept Claims.  I can no longer file a claim without have the item and the packaging to take to the post office .  I was Told That I must send the buyer a print out of the shipping recite, Which will be send along with all Priority mail item sold.   After Receiving you item and you fine that it is damage, the buyer needs to take it the recite along with item or items damage to their local Post office and file a Claim.
