Antique Carousel Horse hollow body all wood hand carved Herschell Spillman?

I have a Antique Carousel Horse with a hollow wood body, everything else is all wood and hand carved, the horse is 52" long, 30" tall and 9" wide, it weighs about 38 pounds. It has had several layers of paint in its lifetime and a few repairs as you can see in the pictures. The back right leg is broken off and it appears the replacement was off of another horse as it is slightly different. I am unsure of the maker on this horse.
