Large items will be shipped using an LTL carrier and smaller packages will be shipped with UPS or Fed Ex.
LTL Freight carriers charge an additional for delivery to a residence, church, school or any location
other than a commercial building in a commercial address.
You can avoid this charge by picking up at the carrier's local terminal if you'd like.
LTL Freight carriers also charge for any additional services such as
liftgate, appointments and notification prior to delivery
When you sign for your shipment, you are signing that it was received in good condition.
Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading or the shipment must be refused.
You must do this or any damage to your shipment will not be covered.
Everything is sent out insured, but you must fully inspect the shipment before you sign for it
to make sure you are covered.
