This wax mold figure was made at the Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store (2021) in a Pumpkin Mold Machine at Universal Studios Florida.
The second photo shows the mold machine.
The back of the figure is marked Universal Studios.
The figure will be mailed in a box.
The figure is green and measures approximately 3 5/8 inches tall by 3 1/4 inches across.
