This wax mold figure was made at the Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store (2021) in a Frankenstein Bust Mold Machine at Universal Studios Florida.
The second photo shows the mold machine.
The back of the figure is marked Universal Studios.
The figure will be mailed in a box.
The figure is purple and measures approximately 3 1/8 inches tall by 2 5/8 inches across.
