    Description

I have for auction a 1969 Yamaha AT1 125 Enduro. Mint condition survivor. Coming out of my private, climate controlled collection. It is time to thin out the herd. This bike was bought new in Northern California in 1969 and ridden very little before the the owner decided it was not for him. He put it away for decades and sold it to the collector whom I bought it off. However, at some point the gauges were replaced with 1971-1973 Yamaha DT1 units. I asked why that was done, and he did not know. So the gauge shows 248 miles, but actual miles is unknown. From the almost total lack of wear on the footpegs, kick start rubber, shift lever rubber, original front tire and the whole motorcycle, my best guess is it has under 1,000 miles on the bike. Never been down. This bike rides and runs as new. Everything works as it should, headlight bright and dim, gauges and lights, all gauge warning lights, taillight and brake light. It starts cold on choke with electric start in about 2 seconds, warm instantly at the touch of the starter button. Clutch operates smooth, shifts effortlessly. Brakes are smooth, new feel and strong. Front tire is original, rear has been replaced. Also has a new battery. Everything else as far as I can tell and have been told is original aside from the gauges. The seat is in like new condition! Super plush, no marks of any kind, As the pictures show, this bike is in amazing, original condition. There are zero dents in the fuel tank. The inside is also very clean, never coated. The oil tank has a few marks as seen in the images. There is really no patina on this bike except for the typical on the spokes. Tool kit included. Optional rack included. This is for sure the nicest 1969 AT1 I have ever seen, a real time machine. You can be proud to display this bike in your collection. I have been an eBay member for 17 years, over 500 positives. Feel free to email me with any questions. Clear California title in my name. 0 deposit within 48 hours, balance within 7 days. I take eBay pay or cash when picking up bike.
