Rare Vintage 4-Page Softcover Brochure Mailer measures approximately 5-1/2" x 8-1/2".  The front cover of the brochure features a black and white photograph of Sam sterling (Mr. Embers) with Embers Restaurant Lounge in the background, and reads, in part, as follows:
