    Comments: This great vintage booklet is a wonderful retrospective of the City of Lakeland, Florida.  The descriptive text leaves no stone unturned, with information regarding recreation, geography, education, religion, etc.  There is one page with a collage of hotels, including: Thelma; New Florida; Lakeland Terrace; The Wilmary; Elks Hotel; and Gilbert Washburn Hotel. Inside back cover has a great aerial view of the city.
