Why can't I can’t fit as many pounds of ice in this bag as is advertised?

Due to the wide variety of different ice cube shapes and sizes, it’s not always possible to say exactly how much ice a particular bag will hold. For best results, consider the quoted capacity to be a general guideline; the bag will hold that much ice under typical conditions, but you may be able to fit more or less, depending on the type of ice you are bagging.
Shipping:
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes. Our stock ships from our US-based warehouses and is usually shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS (depending on location and package weight). Although most of the time your orders will ship within 24-48 hours after your payment is processed, please allow a handling time of up to 3 business days before your order is shipped. Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy, all items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
